Estate Administration

When someone dies without making a Will, the Law determines who has the right to adminster their estate, and how their assets are distributed.

In order to administer the estate, it is neccessary to obtain Letters of Administration from the Court. Before they can be obtained, documentation must be presented to the High Court and HM Revenue and Customs showing the deceased's assets and liabilities, and any Inheritance Tax due must be paid.

At Moerans we can take care of all of the neccessary paperwork and administration with the sensitivity and respect that this difficult time requires.

For immediate assistance in dealing with any estate administration issues please call us on 020 8952 0242 or click on the individual's image to send an email
