Steven joined the firm in April 2019 and was promoted to Partner and Head of Conveyancing in August 2019. Steven was promoted to Managing Partner in January 2025 with a view to focusing on the firm’s growth, management of the firm and the staff Accreditations and Regulation.

Steven is a Transactional Property Solicitor dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages.

Steven has wide ranging experience in dealing with New Build Properties, Established Properties, Leasehold and Freehold Property and all aspects of the transactional nature of conveyancing.

Steven is a Member of the Law Society’s Property Section and a Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) Accredited Senior Responsible Officer.

Jeremy joined the firm in December 2020 having previously headed his own firm from 1987 to 2020. Prior to that he qualified in the legal department of a large national institution and has 35 years’ worth of experience in property transactions of all types, specialising in commercial transactions and residential purchases, sales and re-mortgages.

He has built up a reputation over the years for his wide experience and practical approach to transactions and his advice is extensively sought by a loyal band of clients.

Shaira joined the Moerans family in July 2022 and is a solicitor in the Private Client department specialising in non-contentious probate and trust matters.

Prior to joining Moerans, Shaira was a partner in a high-street firm for over three years working with a broad range of local, national, and international clients.

With over 15 years of experience in the legal field and having gained wide experience in many different areas of law, Shaira now concentrates on private client as it enables her to build long-term relationships with her clients and utilise her skills in presenting sometimes confusing matters in a clear, empathetic, and non-technical way.
