In addition to the legal fees set out below property transactions incur additional disbursements as follows:
Electronic Client Onboarding System (£16.80 inc. VAT per person),
We also carry out the following; a Local Authority Search (Official), an Environmental Search and a Water and Drainage Search. We also take out no-Search Chancel Indemnity Insurance on our provider’s block policy for your protection. The total cost of these is around £700. Land Registry Final Checks (from £13), Land Registry Fees to affect, (these fees are based on the value of the transaction), a change in the register. Portal Fees for using HLMR and HMRC submission portals (£12 inclusive of VAT), Telegraphic Transfer Charge (£30 + VAT) and use of the Lawyer Checker Database (£18).
